In Los Angeles, we were inspired by the exciting graphic elements of some of the city’s spectacular buildings. We emphasized graphic elements of the furniture against the forms of these designed spaces.

In the Article brand, we chose to tell visual stories with genuine Article people—those who work at the company. It brought an authenticity to the brand and also strengthened the company culture.
In this lookbook, we featured two employees of Article. One a photographer and the other an office administrator and ran two distinct story lines of how they would live in LA.
Kerty is a photographer in real life, and we showed him in impressive public spaces — The Broad, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Los Angeles County Museum of Art. The backgrounds of these places were beautiful juxtaposed with the graphic patterns of the furniture.
