This was a catalogue of the first furniture collection developed for 18Karat. It was our privilege to work with Peter Cardew, one of Canada’s preeminent contemporary architects. He designed a collection furniture exclusive to 18Karat and we photographed it in a beach house he designed.

Peter’s collection included a solid wood dining tables, benches and stool, bookshelves, marble tables, sofa and lounge chair and it went on to be a successful collection for 18Karat for many years. The simplicity and design integrity made these pieces timeless.
At 18Karat, we chose to work with natural, indigenous and sustainable materials. Our palette and inspiration came from the natural environment of the Pacific Northwest of Canada.
